Safety Tips!!!!

We don't often think about the everyday household items that can pose a danger to our adult Cocker Spaniels. Puppies seem to find ways of getting into everything, but older dogs are somehow expected to ignore temptation.

Don't let down your guard! Even the most docile senior dog can come across something that can prove fatal. Take a moment to scan your home and secure any of these items away from curious canines:

string

ribbon

rubber bands

pantyhose

children's toys

paperclips

sewing pins & needles

anything small that can be ingested

And remember that most chemicals are fatal when ingested - by dog or human! Label all containers and store chemicals safely.
